Therapy is a collaborative process that provides a safe and confidential space to explore thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. It can help you gain insight, develop coping skills, and work through challenges to improve your mental and emotional well-being.

Finding a therapist can be difficult, and may take a couple of sessions to find the right fit. I offer free 15 minute phone consultations. During this time we can discuss your goals for therapy and I can answer questions regarding my experience and treatment modalities.

All services are virtual and are conducted on a HIPAA-compliant platform (e.g. Zoom, Google Meet.)  You will be provided with the link upon scheduling. I am currently licensed to provide therapeutic services and evaluations in the states of New York and Florida.

60 Minute individual session: $150

90 Minute individual sessions: $200

Therapy can benefit anyone seeking support for mental health concerns, life transitions, or personal growth. It's a valuable resource for managing stress, anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more.

Therapy sessions typically involve open and honest conversations.

Together, we'll explore your thoughts and feelings, set goals, and work toward personal growth and healing.

I accept most major insurances including United Healthcare, Optum,  Oxford Health Plans, Aetna, Oscar, Blue Cross Blue Shield ( New York only), and Out of Network benefits.
